The Board of Directors of the Evaco Group, comprising of professional members with proven expertise and credentials, is committed to maintain high standards of corporate governance. The Board has set up two Committees – namely the Audit and Risk Committee and the Corporate Governance (Nomination and Remuneration) Committee – and has devised various policies which are aligned with its values to shape a sustainable future.
